There is leftover cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving, cheese curds from making turkey poutine, some labneh in olive oil that needs to be used up before it goes off, and some bacon ends bought from going to the store for cheese curds with a gift certificate. Cilantro because it was on sale and I wasn't thinking when we were grocery shopping

Sunday dinner - southwest panzanella (marinated grilled zucchini, roasted pepper, cilantro, cheese curds, bacon, croutons, pickled red onion, maple chipotle lime dressing)
actual: no bacon or pickled red onion, but overall very successful
Monday lunch - labneh, lentils, tomato, bacon
Monday dinner - zucchini, egg, bacon, salsa fresca, cheese curd tacos onion soup with toast and cheese curds
actual: it was the start of the cold weather, and the idea of using some of the soup in the freezer really appealed. Added some of the beef jus from last week's short rib braise, which improved a frankly mediocre onion soup very well. I rushed the soup and hadn't allowed the onions to caramelize enough before adding stock.
Tuesday lunch - labneh, lentils, bacon, rice, tomato
Tuesday dinner - coleslaw with orange segments, grilled chicken
actual: okonomiyaki to finish up the cabbage
Wednesday lunch - roast eggplant, lentils, egg, rice, tomato jam, labneh, tahini
Wednesday dinner - chicken, zucchini, red onion, salsa, cheddar, tortillas
Actual: forgot the red onion, but worked out mostly ok. A bit liquidy from the zucchini
Thursday lunch - pork belly udon soup
Actual: moved to Saturday lunch, added to
Thursday dinner - byo roast sweet potato, corn, pulled pork, salsa, cheddar
Actual: great for a low thought dinner with the pork brought out from the freezer, and pickled onions made several days ahead. stretched the leftover salsa from Wednesday with another tomato and lime juice, and then had more leftovers for Friday.
Friday lunch - out tex mex lentils, chicken, zucchini, rice, labneh, salsa bowl of leftovers
Friday dinner - gilled cheese with tomato jam
